Festivus for the rest of us

And if you happen to have a similar holiday ale fetish to the one I outlined in the post below, you may want to make an appearance tonight at (that's right folks, the one, the only) Toronado for their annual Christmas party. We're not sure what they mean by "beer specials", but John surmises that "good cheer" translates to the staff not sneering at you when you place an order. I assume it also means they won't dismissively correct and re-pronounce your order in the proper sub-Wallonian Flemish dialect. Only one way to find out!

Answer: Carrotsticks. Also other snacks. But the requisite glass of Delirium Noel made me happy, and the Anderson Valley Winter Solstice was quite pleasant.

Aimee's Alaskan Smoked Porter was crazy, with its smoked malts. Like drinking BBQ, in all the right ways.
